Dbol/Sust 250 cycle questions

Hey guys new to the site. Been training for a few years but what with college and stuff i sometimes fall in and out of training hard.

Age 23
Weight 189
Height 5 10
BF - I would imagine closer to the 20 mark, maybe 16-18

Last year i did a cycle of Sustanon (sust) and Dbol for 8weeks at dosages of 40dbol each day, and 500 Sustanon (sust) each week split into 2 injections. Worked pretty well but my main goal was gaining some size but feel maybe i did not get the most from my first cycle.

Now im back training hard for the summer months and am going to start a cycle of Sustanon 250 and also Dbol as a kickstart.

I will run it like so
Dbol 30mg each day weeks 1-2. up to 40mg each day for weeks 3 and 4
Sustanon 250, 750mgs a week split into 3 injections, sunday, tuesday and friday. Running this weeks 1-10


Couple questions for you, considering my bodyfat. I was wondering if it is possible to still lose body fat while gaining mass on this cycle? Ive read a lot about it and a lot of different opinions are given.

If so, how would you go about this? maybe 30-60mins cardio after each workout? cardio in morning on empty stomach? taking my goals into account?

well first of all. You said you didn't feel like you got the most out of your first cycle. That means that you were not dieting right. And now this time around you say that your back and training hard. my question is, what about diet? Diet is the number 1 key component in losing fat. So MAKE SURE you have that down or you will not see the results that you want.

But anyways onto your question. with any aas you will be able to drop fat a little easier than all natural. But dbol isnt necessarily the best choice as it causes bloating and will give you more of a full round look. (not necessarily bad, but it doesnt sound like the look you are going for)

Yes you could do cardio after your workouts. (not after a heavy leg day)

And yes you could do fasted cardio. I have actually seen a transformation contest on a different forum and the guy who won it was doing fasted cardio and of course a very very strict dies/training program. And his first aas cycle. And his results were absolutely amazing. So yes, it works.

Another point I'd like to make is that while it is possible to lose bodyfat at the same time as gaining muscle, it is a slower process than if you were to concentrate on just one. If I were you, I would focus on getting my bodyfat down where I was happy with and then run a cycle and put on some good muscle. You would be alot happier with that because you would be able to see all of the muscle and feel alot better when you look in the mirror at the end of your cycle.

I think i know of the forum you are referring to. That was a great contest that helped a lot of people.

When i did my first cycle, i had a good diet, but i sometimes fell off the right track and thats why i felt i could have done better.

The gear is bought and i will run with it because i cant be leaving this sort of stuff around the house lol. My plan is to run it and to keep some cardio there with a clean diet and hopefully il see some good results.

I was thinking maybe some Clen during PCT to cut any excess fat? thats just a thought right now though.

Im gonna post up my workout and proposed diet in other sections so people can help a man out.

All other opinions and help wanted and appreciated
