Dbol - test - Deca cycle help needed

This is my 3rd cycle and thats what iam thinking
Test E 600 /w 12 weeks
Deca 350 /w 10 weeks
Dbol 40 mg / D 4 weeks
PCT
Caber .5 ml / w 12 weeks
Nolvadex w14 to w18 40 40 20 20
Clomid w14 to w18 100 100 50 50
HCG w8 to w12 500 iu

What do u think about raising the deca or test dose ?
And this is my third cycle

OK.... my 1st issue, is that you are suggesting using 3 x aromatizing compounds, with no mention of an AI - and you are currently sat at 19% bodyfat - which alone makes you very prone to sides.

I suggest before you even think about starting to cycle (and again, I'd question that trio of compounds) - you should aim to lower that bodyfat percentage.

FYI:
HCG should be run from week 1 of cycle until 3 days before PCT.
You need to leave at least 18 days for Test E to clear your system.

I would like you to tell what your goals are for this cycle. Especially considering what bigbenn said about those 3 compounds together. Yep your AI???

Have do you really understand the compounds as in Deca. Deca is run quite differently if you want the Deca's attributes to help in your goal.

Did I miss your age? Just curious

I thought that compining deca this way would help
Give me ur advise and change whatever u think is right for my goal plz

10 weeks of deca is too short of a run. Deca is a very long ester and is typically used for atleast 14+ weeks. My man, if you don't have a clue about ai's, you shouldn't be cycling at all. Please list your first two cycles. I would suggest reading the ology faq's thread and learn about a proper first cycle based off of your responses so far...
