I am in my 5th day of DC training direct from Dante himself :) and all i can say is wow... there is allready a difference in my body, the diets and workouts are amazing :) ima huge fan :)

anyone else out there have any expirience with DC?

I've been following his principles, but not working directly with Dante.

In-Human posts here on occasion and he knows the program almost as well as DoggCrap.

Keep us updated on your progress, I've seen some DC Before/Afters and he really knows how to pack the mass on his trainees.

Good luck!

i am a firm believer in if you get off some money you will be more dedicated. the guys i train (who pay) make incredible gains and seem to be a bit more on the ball.

its kinda like someone giving you a car or you having to make payments on it.

its odd though women dont have a prob with hiring a trainer but most guys are too proud. guys know it all i guess.

you wouldnt believe the number of guys who pm me wanting a routine and diet. after i tell them i am available for online training they act like i got coodies or sumpin.

you guys watch woot and you'll see what happens when you admit that you dont know everything and hire a trainer. even if its only for a few months to learn the basics. he will make great progress cause he has someone who has been there and is there to coach him along.

Glad you are enjoying the program, DC will teach you more in two months than you have learned in all your days at the gym and all the rags you have ever read.

Get ready to add the most mass on your system in the shortest amount of time and your strength levels will go where they have never gone before.

Stick to it, train intensely, do not miss meals and kill that damn log book...

I totally agree!!!

But it is the same with everyone.

My girlfriend was diagnosed with a hypothyroid. I have been trying to help her lose some weight (she is not fat at all) and tighten up for the summer. I tried and tried, but she really didn't trust me and would not stick to it.

She came a cross someone on MuscleMayhem.com named NPCCHICKA. She's a female BBer and she offered to help my girlfriend with a diet. She charged her $125 which I thought was a little much, but we both figured she would be great help.

Well it turns out that she was giving my girlfriend all the same diet advice that I was giving her. It only cost $125 for my girlfriend to realize that I did know what I was talking about.

In the end, it was a total rip off because this "trainer" would not return Emails. She basically charged my gf $125 to make up a diet for 2 weeks then she ignored her. We are both pretty pissed. My girlfriend did stick to the diet advice ONLY BECUASE SHE PAID FOR IT. IMO if it was the same diet I made she would not have followed it because it didn't cost her a dime.

DoggCrap on the other hand has helped LOADS of guys to gain weight. I have seen pictures of a guy who weights ~120lbs all the way up to people like In-Human who are flirting with 300lbs.

If you guys have ever read any of DoggCraps posts you'll know he doesn't fuck around. Nothing you read from him is half-assed. Every informative post I have read from him has a lot of thought put into it. He doesn't just say do this..... He explains why things are done the way he says.

If I had some spare cash sitting around the first thing I would spend it on is DoggCrapps assistance.

what makes DC training so special? i hear everyone rave about it, why does it produce such great results?? not knocking it just would like to understand it better, if anyone has a link to a site or a post about this i would appreciate the help...

Are you ready, blackbeard? Link To the Beginning - Cycle For Pennies!!

Keep in mind that Dante wrote this a couple years ago and some things have changed. All in all, these 100+ pages of posts are a great read and a good start to learn about DC training.

What's so great about DC training? Well, it's the whole program that makes it so great. The one-on-one help that DC gives and the personalized training and diet programs.

You can find a lot of information about DC's training principles online, but the diet part is kept secret. That's confidential information that he only gives out to his trainees.

I hope one day to work with Dante because I think he can take me to the next level faster than anyone else out there!

thats the way i look at it too dawg..have you tried this method?
nope , im not sure how well it would work with powerlifting . but i do see a lot of stuff i like about it .

Yeah, the input i get from dante is just amazing. within 24 hours, i always get answers to any of my questions, and ya know how email accounts have certain megabyte limits? well mine is a 5 meg limit, and with the amount of information that dante has sent me (my diet and workouts) they have filled 82% of my inbox space... i am so incredibly pleased with the whole thing. im only on workout #5 with him (finished it today) and my shirts are fitting differently allready, my back width and thickness has changed a lot in 5 days... i am absolutly amazed. i have every intention of destroying that log book... but i havnt quite reached that point yet, my first competition with it is on wednesday :)

I hear ya im pretty content with my routine now..but like you said its good to have more knowledge!!

blackbeard, Check this out, its a lot shorter than the original "CFP" thread and DC gives you a sort of overveiw of his program without all the questions, but if you want to learn the program, CFP is the thread to learn from or you can go to Muscle Mayhem and check out the Dogg Logg also.

Here is the link to IM:

no offense woot i am glad you seem to have a program that you are happy with but how can your back width and thickness change in 5 days???? and clothes getting tight??? even on juice it takes longer than 5 days to see the effects???i always seem to hear these outlandish gains from dc which makes me sceptical to even think of putting it on..now if you told me theses changes occurred over months than i find it more plausable..i dont mean to disrespect you woot and by all means stick with this if your seeing those kind of results!!

I think he meant 5 workouts since we lift only 3 days per week so, we hit each muscle group 2 times every 8 days, and we hit it very hard, with rest/pause worksets, static reps and super slow negatives along with Extreme Stretching...

You know I have heard that before, am really that bad, dammit anyways, well sometimes you just have to explain shit just right you know, I could always try your approach but then I would probably get banned, lol...

yes, i did mean 5 workout days, i do workout #6 on monday, which i am very excited for... and i am absolutly positive that i have seen the kind of gains that im talking about, they are not like drastic HUGE gains, but gains nonetheless. and it is all due to the combination, or rest/pause, eating, and stretching.
