How come everyone is taking dc training down and can you link me to the basics of rest pause training.

He asked for these things to be removed. There was much confussion and it was leading to a ton of redundancy in questions. He is currently rewriting much of his stuff and plans to post it again in time. The best thing to do is to go to intensemuscle and read the thread in the Dogg Pound forum. Since he is a mod there, that's your best bet for figuring it out.
