I like this kind of thinking. Just like me. I calculate 5 pounds per week and see when I will reach desired weight. Off course I always run into problems and bad workouts, but pretty soon I'll be unstoppable.

thanks manowar, well i figure i had about 535 in me so i'll deload this week, and give it 5 weeks to put about 15 lbs on
 
Jesus are you supposed to be that wide when you deadlift?

If so does a dead like that or something closer to a strght leg better for building your back?
 
Yep, will use more legs than back in a sumo pull. to make the back/lockout stronger you do the SLDLs preferably with chains.
 
nice pr skar, you have gotten pretty strong over the last year or so. Keep it up.

thnx jcp, its weird, just 6 mo nths ago i was working on 420 and 6 months before that 290 :D
