Looking to do ironman in my next meet (dead and bench)

WHat is your fav DL suit?

Do you wear power briefs under the suit? An erector shirt under the suit?

Should I get a single or double ply?

a deadlift suit is very different than a squat suit , if was anywhere near as strong/tight as a squat suit you couldnt get down and reach the bar so im not sure a double ply is necessary , especially with the new generation suits out now because the fabrics are allready much thicker and stronger than the old poly suits .
a lot of people like the inzer suit but im not a fan myself , a custom fit titan dl suit would still be much cheaper and be custom fit . if titan doesnt trip your trigger then the new viking suits are really getting good reviews but ive never used one myself . blackbeard is a viking fan and will probablly see this and jump in and post but if he doesnt just hit him with a pm . pullinbig may be flicted in the head but he knows his shit as well .
as far as the briefs if you have them then try deads with and without them in practice and see which works for you but if your suit is real tight allready then getting down to the bar might be tough . erector shirts can help , ive even seen gary franks wear one in the past , a lot of people would probablly gain a few pounds with them , its just a question of price vs a few pounds .

yes you can wear it under the suit . just check the orginations rules you will be competeing in .

smelling salt type use , commonly used before a lot of strength type athletics to fire you up and clear out the old snozz lol

Never really got into using them but I figure their cheap and everyone else is using them in competition. I might as well give them a try.
