Deadlifts in legs or back day?

Do you guys consider it a legs or back exercice, I'm trying to build a new program and I'm not sure which day I should place it in. Thanks.

Also what do you think about a 4 day split day one being back abs, day 2 Pecs biceps, day 3 Legs and day 4 shoulders triceps?

I love to start my back day with some deadlifts. Really you could go either way. But for me leg day starts off with a lot of squats. I can't go hard on squats then deads but everybody is different. Try it both ways and see what works for you?
 
I do it on back day. 3 exercises into Legs and I'm shaking. No way would I be able to do Deadlifts afterwards.
