Deadlifts ??????

I like left hand under, right hand over. I feel more pwerful when i do that. I do alternate though, but when i have right hand under left over, it feels weird to me. I don't feel as strong. Its probably a psychological thing more than any other thing.
 
Romanian deads, keep the arch tight, and don't let it break, with sldl, you will usually straighten the arch out at the bottom and the weight comes forward a bit. I drag the bar down my body with romanians. The best way to describe the body motion in a romanian deadlift is like a goodmorning.

Ditto me there. For some reason I just apparently don't have the neuromuscular control to do it left hand under. Hell, my left side is smaller and not as coordinated in general, lol.

Also, I do standard style, with straps so that I can completely tax my back. I have no plans to compete in the near (or probably distant) future, so I see no reason not to.

I physically can't go left hand under without dropping the weight to somewhere in the neighborhood of ~200lbs (when I do over 400 work weight the other way), just because of the way it feels on that left arm.
 
Yep, I'm a tad weaker if I switch. I am doing direct forearm work again though, but likewise I use straps with a double over at the moment. I dont use straps for my warmuip sets and thats about it.
