Can I do them every week or should I alternate btw floor and rack. Im thinking pulling off the floor may stress the CNS too much...thoughts?
 
always from the floor, i do them everyweek as long as i'm seeing progress. Once i hit three weeks of no progress, i start doing them every other week until I see progress again then go back to every week. This is my general stragegy.
 
you can dead every week but you have to regulate yoru intensity. you cant pull 90%+ every week and not expect to get your CNS blown out by week 3
