By the way, another random question here. You guys have any recommendations on Supps? I mean all kinds of supps from pre workout to recovery etc? I need something for energy during my workouts that's for sure. I just need some jet fuel to get me off my ass, down to the gym, and moving at mach 5 especially for my cardio. I have heard a bit about Jack3d and OxyElite but have not tried them. I was wondering if that would be good for giving me energy and to get me moving or is there something better? During my workout I have just been drinking plain water, is there something better I should be using? After a workout I just try to down a glass of Creatine x3 (A combo of all 3 types of creatine) within 15 minutes of finishing. Also I drink a Whey protein shake once a day, usually in the afternoon. It's 60g of Whey protein I mix in a banana and coconut water. Sometimes I toss in some strawberries or something too.
Lets see, a Men's 1 a day multi vitamin in the morn along with an Omega 3 gel cap. Then on wed and sat I pin my test and deca, 200mg of each for 15 - 20 weeks, .5mg of Adex EoD for the rest of my life pretty much, 25mg of Dbol 2x a day for 4 weeks and 1ml of B12 once a month. Anyway what I am really curious about is just the daily Supps for energy, stamina, recovery and slimming down and bulking up I guess. I would really appreciate any products you guys could recommend to help me out.
