Been working out for about 4 years on and off. More than 6 months continuously.
Have done an Anadrol only cycle (on a friend's suggestion) for 4 weeks about 10 months ago and now I'm thinking of doing a deca+test e+dbol cycle.

Would appreciate if I could get some help regarding the dosage and cycle time.
Also, I've read that deca might raise the progestrin levels and wanted to know what to take so as to counteract this problem.

And what PCT should be done? Can I take 10mg nolvadex eod with the cycle?

Since this would be my first ever injectables cycle, please guide me regarding the needle size, syringe and the injection site as well as method.

Thanks!!!

Come on brother read before you ask, or we gently remind you to read. We are nice people.:)

Have you read the sticky threads yet?

Your friend must hate you to have suggested that cycle you ran previously.

Yeah. I read about it after I finished my cycle. And since then, i've been reading a lot about AAS. Infact, I also read the book USH by Dan Duchaine but I'm asking for help here so as to get to know the anecdotal point of view. I really don't want to do a bad cycle which gives me nothing but disappointment.

How tall are you? I want to out your 142 pounds into perspective. Based on your weight alone you probably don't need steroids yet. Likely plenty of room to get some easy Natty gains if you get yourself into the gym and lift some weights.

I'm 5'8" tall and i've been working out eating quite well. My bodyfat is around 12%-13%.
Bench - 155lbs (Max - 198lbs)
Deadlift - 265lbs (Max - 308lbs)

I'm stuck at these values since last 3 months. And tried tweaking my macros and workout and supplementation but i'm still stuck. So, I'm resorting to AAS now. (That's what I think)

Also, I would like to mention that after taking your advice I read more about this particular cycle and I decided to omit Deca from the stack. (Because of it's prolactin effects)

I'll be running a very minor dose of 250-300mg of test e/wk for 12 wks and dbol 20mg/day for 3-4 wks.
I'll have Nolvadex and Hcg in hand and will take them according to severity of sides.
Again, I'll run this cycle only if you pros suggest it.

Any updates?

I haven't started the cycle yet. Thought I'd read more about it before taking any decision.
I have almost made my mind about it and just confused about the pct and how to self inject. As soon as I figure these things, I'll commence with it.

Again, any help/suggestion by you guys will be of a great help.

Dude, seriously you need to look at your diet and six months is nothing, get a couple of years consistent gym time before you consider aas. Do some blood work also.

Eating quite well is a very vague term if you ask me. Do you track your macros daily ? You being stuck at those lifts tells me that you are not eating enough food. I eat about 4000 calories a day and if I would eat 5000 the day before attempting one of those lifts I would do a pr. Food is really that powerful.

The most important thing for you is to get on top of your diet. Next you should look at how hard you train. How often you change exercises. There's really a ton of info you need to read up on. You could start AAS and gain some, but given you cannot hold onto or build size naturally what makes you think you will keep anything after your cycle ?

Getting good at benching is not just benching. If you want to maximize your strength you'll have to incorporate bands, chains, various exercises with carryover like DB bench, incline, decline, floor press, board press and I could go on and on. Getting better at determining your weaknesses is a really strong tool as well.

And to answer your last post. No one is going to suggest you taking steroids. Not because we are mean or don't want you to succeed, but because you still have at least 30 pounds to put on your frame without the help of AAS.

Yeah, you're right. Based on what I've read and your suggestions I've finally decided to not do any AAS at the moment and try to tweak my diet and workout.

Thanks for you valuable suggestions, all of you.

Right now I'm at 3500-4000 calories, 150-200gms of protien/day. Is this enough according to my weight and height?

I had those stats when I was 14.. How old are you brother.

Do you know the possible consequences of AAS? The younger you start the.bigger chance you have of fucking yourself up permanently.
For your own sake please wait till you're at least 23-24,

I was 5-09' 240 fighting lower test levels at 44 years old before I dabbled. Didn't have to worry about not being able to have kids, already had 4 mostly grown.

It's way better to build a solid muscle base before starting AAS. Stick around and ask more questions after reading the stickies. You may rethink your plan

That sounds like a good plan ! No need to

That sounds like a good plan ! No need to fuck yourself up over something you can do the natural way.

That's why we are here. And when you will be ready to walk down the path of AAS usage people will also be happy to help you ! This is a wonderful place to be ! So stick around and suck up all the info you can get.

Are you sure about the 3500-4000 calories or do you move all the time ? I'm at 4000 calories my weight is 87kg or 191lbs and the 4000 is a recomp for me.

Given your stats and the fact you are natty the majority of your training should consist of compound lifts if you want to maximize results in the shortest period possible. As a natty size and strength goes hand in hand.

possibly.

Most likely.. unenhanced, 1 to 1.5 gr protein per lb bodyweight is more than adequate. 1- 1.5 hr gut busting workouts is what you need now. Focus on multiple joint heavy compound movements. Deads, squats, bench, heavy rows. Don't sacrifice form for more weight. Compounds first, isolation work second.

I'm 24 y/o. And yeah, I'm not doing any AAS now. I'll be working on my diet and workout and see where I go with it. :)

Yeah, I keep a check on my macros and I am between 3500-4000 at all times.
And for the training, since the beginning, I've incorporated compound movements in my regime.
My favorite exercises are, in-fact, all compound exercises.
But, as I told, since last 3 months I'm stuck in terms of strength and size. :(

I agree and that's what I've been doing since I started training for the first time. I'm very particular about the form.
But I don't seem to figure out how the progress stopped suddenly, I was doing pretty good but last 3 months have seen a stunned growth in my strength and size and that's why I was resorting towards AAS. But not anymore. I took all of y'all's advice and I'll work even harder. :)
