Deca\test cycle

I am 22 years old 5"8 and weigh 180
I plan on taking deca 600 mg a week for 10 weeks
And test 700 mg a week for 12 weeks
Will be taking novadex for pct
Is it a good first cycle

Too much for a 1st cycle bro. Do test only 500 pinned twice a week and drop deca. Try to keep an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand also

agreed , way to much for a 1st cycle . save that money and spend it or groceries because at 180 pounds you need them.

For a first cycle I would run test only 500 mg long ester. But if you must I always run decca at least 12 weeks. Also I would have a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand, and also something for prolactin. Just my .02 cents.

100% agree! I never run deca less than 16weeks!

I would wait 3 or 4 more years. Get your diet right and read this board for a couple more years.

First cycle should be test e or c, 500mg a week split in 2. Have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and proper pct.
