after weeks of researching the forums to find a new protien sup i am gonna try the trueprotien.com. Teamskip is in my shopping cart, but wanted to get some advice from ppl for a pre/post workout protien... should i go with a straight whey protien isolate, or a combo WPI and concentrate, or etc. etc. i really like the way they allow you to make ur own combo but hell, with so many options its daunting. used to just grabbing a bottle off the shelf, ya know? but getting great advice and help is why we all use this forum, right? right! thx for the help
btw, goals are mainly strength, not lookin to become ronnie colman any time soon. im a martial artist 6'2 190lbs if that helps. more strength...MORE STRENGTH!!!
