So I just finished up last cycle yesterday and planning to start next on in 6-7 weeks. Im about 188 right now and not sure bodyfat but between 14-16 percent.
My question is do u think you get the best results if you keep bulking to a certain weight then stick to a few cutting cycles, rather then do a cut cycle then bulk cycle and keep doing this? I figure I won't have t shirt off much from september to november when im on next cycle, and if i cut up ill look smaller with shirt on right?
I keep changing my mind a few times a day on if I want to bulk or cut on next cycle and about to make my next order so any advice would be great. Like every time im in gym lockeroom with shirt off I decide im going to bulk, then when I put my tight t shirt on i tell myself im going to bulk.
