Meal 1: ½ cup oats with raisins, 6 eggs 2 of them whole.
Meal 2: 1 Chicken breast and 100grams brown rice
Meal 3: Two tins tuna, handful of almonds
Meal 4: 1 Chicken breast with 125 grams brown pasta
PWO shake with banana
Meal 5: Fish and veggies
Meal 6: cottage cheese
Just need some help with diet done some research and iv put that together. trying to decide whether or not to change meal 4 to chicken breast with veggies or go the brown rice. can cardio be done 3 times a week after workouts maybe for half an hour or should i be doing it everyday??
