hey bros 34 years of age, 5'9, 205,bf around 15%(not positive) pretty clean diet, lots of lean proteins, have been lifting really hard for last year and have gotten alot of good mass, however i've gooten a little thick in the wiast for what i'm used to. i don't have a gut, but i for sure dont have a 6 pack by any means. anyways, i want to stay big, but lose some body fat, so approximately how much cardio a week to decrease my bf without losing alot of size! oh ya, and should it be high intensity or longer slower runs...etc...
