I've read alot of opinions on the subject of denaturing the protein when cooking eggs or even the way they are prepared causing denaturing. It seems to be about half and half as far as the arguments go that I've read... SO...the question, do you guys think that the eggs should be eaten raw due to the denaturing of nutrients in the egg when cooked or do you think that they can be cooked/prepared however you want b/c the denaturing thing is just a stupid myth and your still getting the same nutrients either way so you might as well cook'em? Thanks in advance for any info, opinions, or comments.

Back in the day when I was attemping to gain my mass I ate all foods raw or slighty cooked. Mainly eggs & beef, the raw beef groused the girls out! I truley believe that cooking especailly over-cooking changes the molecular strucure, hence making some is it's value lessened. Early in my BB career I would drink 2-3 dozen whole eggs daily. My lipids stayed in range and mass increase unbelievely in under a year. Only side I experienced flatulence all the time ( smelled ust like a rotten egg when sneaked one out) ...lol! IMHO the whole egg is the world's perfect food! I have been able to maintain this massiveness over the past 25 years. Ounce you get swole, it's very easy to stay beefed-up! Ht 69", Wt 245lbs, 10% BF + or - depending on the season.
