Ease up on yourself bro. Sounds like you have fun in the gym. Which is great. It's where you put all the hard work in. But afterwards, try not to take yourself so seriously ALL the time. Relax some. Find something that does that for you when the training is done. Smile, laugh and realize that this is a LONG ROAD and patience is a virtue. Right now you are building life long habits and fitness is a real good one to have. Keep at it, but find other ways to wind down and not be focused on your training every waking moment. It may stop getting fun if it's all you ever do/think about.
