Depression from Being too Small?

I feel you! I've always have told myself I'd be happy with a certain weight I hit it and then I feel absolutely no different! I still feel like I'm 160lbs
I'm now 205lb 5'9"

I used to bodybuild and I was convinced by my coach a long time ago to try powerlifting...I tried it and loved it. I tried a few other forms of training and just recently went back to powerlifting this year. I personally like it because its measureable. Yeah you can measure legs and arms and your weight. But like Erectus said you see yourself everyday so its hard to see results. I also love it because moving some heavy ass weight gets me fired up!!
But even with my focus of lifting weight I'm still never satisfied ... thats what seperates average guys and us. We want more and know we can be better.
I've learned to embrace it and use it as fuel, now when I miss a lift I'm angry but I sit back and smile because I know I'm gonna be back tomorrow for some more.

Ease up on yourself bro. Sounds like you have fun in the gym. Which is great. It's where you put all the hard work in. But afterwards, try not to take yourself so seriously ALL the time. Relax some. Find something that does that for you when the training is done. Smile, laugh and realize that this is a LONG ROAD and patience is a virtue. Right now you are building life long habits and fitness is a real good one to have. Keep at it, but find other ways to wind down and not be focused on your training every waking moment. It may stop getting fun if it's all you ever do/think about.

Imagine what your feeling now with the addition of raging hormones. Or if it does make you feel good, after a few weeks you come off, then what happens. Bottom line if your having psychological issues don't use gear

If you can deadlift 600lb's at 19 then I would say you have PLENTY of natural testosterone to work with. stop crying

Good advice, it's what I try and do but all there's to occupy people's time on the weekends in college is partying ha. Things will work themselves out as they always do I suppose. Thanks

edit: I'm going to go get my test levels and all checked soon enough, so we'll see where I stand. I'd guess it's average.
