K so I just deleted everything by accident... fucking phone... so im not going to write everything down again at the moment...
I am 5'10, 171 lbs, 24 years old (just turned), 10-12% bf
In january I started slowing down in the gym, only going 3x a week, then in april I stopped all together... I was a full time worker, full time student and a full time practicum student, I also have a baby and she is 1 1/2 years old... my gf doesnt have a car or licence so I would have to spend all me free time driving her ass around .
So here I am 25 lbs lighter and ready to get jacked once again.
I am doing diabolix by ironflex labs 45mg/day and test p at 400mg/week... I am doing the diabolix for 4 weeks and the test for 6.
I plan to gain 15 lbs and keep my bf, I been back in the gym for about two weeks
My workout plan is
1-back
2-legs
3-chest
4-shoulders
5-legs
6&7- off
Mybworkout plan is 4 weeks of slow, high, light reps... 2-3 sec for both up and down, 10-15 reps for upper body 15-20 for lower, and a 55% workout load
then 4 weeks of fast, low, heavy reps.... explosive fast, 3-6 reps for upper body and 4-6 for lower body.... here is where I will play around a bit, doing a 80%, 85% , 70% weight loa, I will keep it heavy but I will go up and down in the reps and weight just to keep my muscles confused
Atm I am eating 3400 cals/ day, I will updates as I got up in weight... my macros are not exact, I just make sure to get my cal count and try to keep my carbs to a minimum and eat every two hours with a focus on it being rich in protien... usually I eat a carb heavy breakfast and slow down on the carbs as the day goes on
Also im doing all this from my phone so I wont be doing daily updates about my workout and stuff... ill be sticking to what the supps make me feel like and if im gaining weight
I dont workout my arms, as u will be able to tell by my pictures once I figure out how to post them, I will try to figure it out later today
