i have 200 tabs of diananbol and i was wondering how often and how many a day i should take it, i do not want to exceed 25 mg a day. also how long does it take for it to kick in and notice so results.
 
it takes about a week to notice for most you have enough for 40 days of D-Bol I suggest takin one when you wake up and one every 4 hours after will be about 5 a day
 
Hey bro take them on training days only, try 35 to 40mg per day and dont use for more than 6 weeks. You can take them every 4 hours or take them all 1 to 2 hours before training. You can even split it up, half in the morning and the other half before training.

training days only? i think u supose to take them ED.

why??? d-bol takes around 2 weeks to kick in for me to feel stregth , sure i take on water fom day one but why would you want to miss days?? i done a 45 day d-bol cycle @40mg per day and gained loads, and only lost a little after pct

Dianabol is definately most helpful on training days, however i definately disagree with motown on this one... Dbol should be taken everyday to support the anabolism of proteins...

Dbol can give you great pumps at the gym, but it is still very important to have it in your system on the days off.

I vote for ed. Plus as for dosage, I did 30mg ed for my first cycle and eventually worked down to about 15-20mg ed because the bloat and pumps were too much (even with ldex).
 
what kind of dbol are they bro, i know some dbol seems weak compared to others..and yes take them everyday, i started to notice gains about 3 days after(water retention) also drink lots of water, around 1.5-2 gallons a day at least..good luck.
 
I've read an article that said to take the weekends off of dbol to give your body a little bit of time to clean itself. Not taking dbol everyday is not unheard of. Its simple really, if your training take some, if your not training, maybe you can take 5-10mg spread throuout the day to promote anabolism. Just listen to your body. thats my two cents.
 
Yeah I ran into a little miscommunication on my last purchase too. To make a long story short, I ended up having 55mg caps to jump start my upcoming cycle. So, that means I can only take it one time/day. I was always a big fan of spreading doses out to try and get the blood levels as continuous as possible. Well, I guess I'm gonna be trying this method out after all. :(

I can understand about taking it pre-workout for a spike in levels, but its more or less a moot point since I work with a 3-day split.

I know ill get flamed for this but run 25 mg for 7 weeks with LIV52, sheet get hold of soem test if u can though :D
 
i think thats fine... 25mg is pretty low and 7 weeks is only one week longer than the usual 6 weeks.... i don't think it affects the liver as much as people say... but ive never had tests done personally so that is just my thoughts... go with Makaveli, as you go, up the dose or lower it based on your reaction to the drug...
