I love it when a newbe...and in this case...one that needs a lot of education asks a question and instead of explaining to the kid what he needs to know, you go on and on ranking him out...but not one shred of usable information.
Yes, this guy did it BACKWARDS...you don't use a powerful substance for a freaking MONTH and THEN ask about it...man.
But how about telling the guy, look, you really should have done a lot of reasearch BEFORE you took that stuff, not doing so, and not knowing how to cycle, and not knowing about post cycle therapy (pct), but taking a POWERFUL ORAL steriod that is liver toxic is not a smart thing..but then, tell him what he needs to do lol!
But here is what you need to do.
1) Research EVERYTHING mentioned above,
cycles, oral-cycles, post cycle therapy (pct), d-bol, times spaced between cycles...nutrition while on a cycle. There are countless articles on these boards to read and you need to do that.
2) WE hope you are at LEAST 21? This is not because you are too "little" it is because your endocrine system can be PERM Fckd up if you start while in your teens.
3) D-bol is a very strong but toxic drug. Inspite of what you may think about needles, IMO, injecting a single ester test, at around 400 mgs for a newbe will give you great results if diet and training and rest are up to par, and is far less toxic to your body that D-bol. Also, most people LOSE most of their d-bol gains anyway.
With test, you might keep half or more if you do the research and follow it up.
Many guys start with orals IMO because they seem "safer" but that is misguided thinking. Orals do have their place, and some ar far less toxic than d-bol is.
But most of the less toxic ones are better used to harden up what you gained from injectables.
The man who said that you don't sound ready for roids is absolutely right. You need to do the research first.
Try LURKING in on conversations where other newbes have asked your question for you.
Do it on half a dozen boards and when you find mostly everyone saying the same thing, you probably have the right advice.
I am VERY new to this myself, nearing the end of my first cycle, but I have researched for months before I tried anything and guess what?
Even though I felt I knew what I was doing at the time..I didn't know it all and still do not. I would have done several things different if I knew what I know now. Fortunately some good bros told me about using arimidex ON CYCLE (good suggestion for d-bol btw) Others told me about blood concentrations and dosages nd PCT.
In short, there is a lot to learn about this stuff if you want the best for yourself without hurting yourself, so slow down please, and do what I and the others are suggesting until you have a little more experience, it can't hurt.
If I sound like a ''know it all," I'm not trying to be. I have a lot to learn myself. Hopefully, I'll always feel that way.
Good Luck.
