Did my first WSB workout tonight

I finally made the move over to the powerlifting side of things and if the workouts are always this much fun I'm never going back. I did my ME squat/dead day today starting off with good mornings. I have never done them before and did them at parallel off a pin in the power rack. I was surprised and pleased that I worked all the way up to a 225 lb single. Probably not much but it was good for me since I was getin my form down and doing it for the first time. I followed that with 3 sets of glute-ham raises. It was hard I ad to get a stretch mat and anchor my legs under a cable machine so they were kinda make-shift but goddamn are they hard. I tried my best to go down slowly but would get halfway and fall. I made it a point to get my self up explosively though and by the end my hams were shot. I finished off with leg raises on a flat bench for 3 sets of as many as I could get. I basically just did those with minimal rest in between sets and by the end of the workout I was feeling great and had worked up a crazy sweat. Can't wait to try box squats and start using my bands and chains. I think I'm hooked.

And while I'm here making a thread, anyone knwo what size wrist wraps would be best? I am kinda small 190lbs at 5'8". Is there a way to size yourself?

take a shitty a knee wrap and cut it in half for your wrist wraps... Also, WSBB is great

i like the 20-24 inch length depending on the brand , you can always wrap them a litle looser if they give too much support . the shorter ones dont stay on as well when they get older and the velcro starts to fail .

WSB rules, you can easily modify it a tad to include some great hypertrophy shit and bam, you got one kickass powerbuilding routine.
