My goal was to cut body weight before my next planned cycle in February. I just recently changed my training and i'm wondering if my diet should change with it.
My training:
Monday- Legs
Tuesday-Chest
Wednesday- Shoulders
Thursday- Arms
Friday- Back
Cardio will be performed every day that i train, for about 30 minutes.
I use "Myfitnesspal" to log all of my food. you can find my diary at this link Inkelis's Food Diary | MyFitnessPal.com
My question is: should i up my calories for this program i'm on? I'm currently going for 2100 calories a day.
