diet advice!!!!!!!!thought critique?

hi guys starting in feb i am looking to start my diet and training i have reserched this and i propose to start with this regeime

0700: 6egg whites 1 whole egg 1/2cup of oats 1 wholemeal toast

1000: 7oz turkey breast 2 celery stick

1230: 8oz of chicken breast 1/2cup brown rice 1/2cup mushrooms

1600: maximuscle promaxdiet 2 scoops with water

1800:8oz lean/sirloin beef 1 cup brown rice 1/2cup mushroom 1/2 cup spinich

1730-2030 gym

2130-2200 maxi muscle promax diet 2 scoops with water and 8oz tuna

i will rotate the meats and types of lean meat and may add a jacket potatoe insted of the rice at lunch time to add a bit variety but times and frequency will stay the same

im 31yo 26.5% bodyfat 280lbs i am looking to take in about 2500 calories daily with 1680 coming from protein 445 from carbs and 495 from fats

1680 calories from protein is 420 grams of protein. Just having a quick look you are eating roughly what im eating and im getting in about 200grams protein per day. Have you actually worked out how much protein you are getting from your food cuz that dosent look right somehow
 
keep ur protein portions at 6oz. ask 3j his smart

3J told me to eat 8oz of beef/chicken plus 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on top. That's a hell of a lot. However, I'm still not gaining... gotta send him an email and ask him what's happening.

everyones metabolism is different... you dont grow you add calories.. hit me up ill take care of it
