Hey.
I am currently in the middle of post cycle therapy (pct) and am eating my normal diet to keep the gains. While this is happening i am now gaining a lot of fat and obviously enough no muscle gains,
I want to lose this fat now but wondering would it be best to wait a while till back to normal given my poor hormone profile. Should i just try to find a maintenace calorie intake stick to that so i dont gain any more fat and then cut later. Should this still allow me to keep my gains.
