Diet check please

Hey guys. I just want to make sure my diet is in check. Ive lost 11 lbs on this diet in the last 3 weeks. Ive heard that i can not lose fat nor water enough to equal that much weight and that i an definately losing muscle. Id like to through in some eggs. Please tell me what you think.

Breakfast: 2 servings oatmeal and can of tuna
Brunch: apples, bananas and 6 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: two cans tuna and whole avacado
Snack: bad of snap peas and 6 hard bioled eggs
Dinner: 1 lb of chicken, a veggie and 2 red potatoes
Bedtime snack: 3 spoonfulls of omega 3 peanut butter

This is my diet as of right now ( minus the eggs ). My goal is to build lean muscle and im currently in the process of trying to burn fat. My stats are

26 yrs old
190 lbs
16% bf ( roughly )

It seems that every week a new diet plan comes out and who knows what to believe. So i figured id ask the pros. I know everyones body responds differently to different things, but i figure there are similarities to every diet.
Im about to start a cycle of h-drol ( closest compared to T-bol ). I know this isnt the Ph forum, but i know that i have to take in as much protein as possible. My main concern is my diet.
Please help me with some tweeking of the diet if necessary. Even if all those eggs are a bad idea.
 
Thanks alot! That helps me quite a bit. Id really like to lose fat, but try to put on lean muscle is definately a goal of mine as well. Dont think thats to much of anything? The juice will only be for 6 weeks, but if i get crazy results, i may just stick to this diet from now on
 
Yes i do rumpy. Its the only way to chole down all that dry fish. Lol. And ive been losing the weight, but everyone says that i lose muscle if i diet that fast. They also all say that if i use a mild prohormone, then i can cut super hard like that and minimize my muscle loss. If i can cut weight fast while maintaining my muscle the best as possible, it would be better than the past 5 years worth of muscle growth going down the drain. Haha
 
Wow, I just threw up thinking about tuna oatmeal. Your diet's making me loose weight!
 
It is a diet given to me by a national 3 time runner up wrestling champ. Hes on the same diet. Took m-drol and a test cycle and saw amazing results. I asked for his diet, and this is what it is. Thats why ive started it. And im not sure what u mean by macros. All i know is, i usually eat pretty darn clean and id like to lose some fat and build muscle. Nothing major. Just a vin diesel look or so.
 
I thibk hea fucking with you if he told you to eat tuna for breakfast. Eating healthy doesn't habe to be miserable..
 
Lol. Ill dig deaper into this. The diet is very lame. Ive just been trying to burn fat for a long time and keep stopping after 10-15 lbs. im already very hungry as it is and as u can see, i dont take in many cals. 1,700 is my daily intake. I also work landscaping, so i am constantly moving and lifting things. I also hit the gym 5 times a week. I drink 1.25 gallons of water a day ( in the cooler months ), and i still cant lose the fat. Google has helped a little, but not much. Some sites say to eat certain things and some say to not eat thise things. Ive placed this thread in the PH and diet forums, but no responses yet. Thats y i like going to you guys here. You guys are a much bigger help and i already have a few people helping me out. Thanks again. Ill continue the internet search for a bit.
 
do you eat 3 cans of tuna every day if you do thats 21 cans of tuna a week which is really bad for you ..tuna contains a shit load of mercury which can cause poisoning (google it ;) ) i remember reading that a average 100kg man shouldnt eat more than two cans a week

Jk. But serioulsy,you wanna be lean? Well, if it doesn't occur naturally, don't eat it. If its not water, don't drink it.

As for the 1700 cals ed.. I think you are starving your body. You need more food. Especially with lifting and doing construction.
 
Hmmm. Ive heard of this. That u need to eat in order to burn. So, up the red meat and lower the tuna. Thank god. I hate tuna from a can. Lol. Is the tuna and oatmeal a good breakfast? Complex carbs as well as protein?
 
its a good meal if u can stomach it personally id throw up lol why not try something like egg whites on whole grain bread with orange juice and a protein shake i do that and it fills me up for a couple of hours upto you tho mate thats just me
 
Well, ive tried tge egg whites for a while, but i looked something up in the town library that said the protein from egg whites can not be absorbed without something from the yolk. I cant remember the name of it. But eggs are much cheaper than a shake. Lol. Btwn the gf and i, i spend roughly $140.00 a week on food. Anything to raise that would suck. Haha. The hardest part is taking something to work that is quick and easy. Ive tried almond butter and jelly, but for the amount of protein compared to fat, i dont like the ratio. Ive already purchased this weeks meals of what ive listed above. I just hope the eggs wont be to much extra fats or anything to take in. Maybe next week i can try the same breakfast, but take a steak to work for lunch everyday. Ill keep my dinner the same. Idk. Its hard to keep my protein super high and cals in the 3,000 range for clean eating
