Whats up everyone
This will be one of my first posts here. I have been lurking for a while though and the members here seemed pretty knowledgeable and willing to share information, so I have decided to stay.

I'm trying to put on some size. Currently I am 5'8" 160 lbs 9-10% bf. Over the course of the winter I'm looking to put on 15 lbs. 20 lbs would be great but I feel that it's a little lofty. I plan on doing it in two phases using HST. I am planning on doing my first HST cycle beginning in the middle of October. It will run till the middle of December (8 weeks). This is the diet that I plan on using. Feel free to critique away. I'm looking for input on the following

**What do you think of the Macro ratios?
**What do you think of the food choices/timing/calorie allocation?
**What are your recommendations?

In return for your help feel free to d/l this and plug in your own values. It will add them up for you.

Thanks everyone
DD

OK so I guess it wont let me upload an excel spreadsheet. I'll just post the diet. PM me if you want the spreadsheet for your own use.

Well, you should gain weight from that many calories a day thats for sure.(3153) For a guy your size maintence calories are around 2200 on average. Keep us updated. Looks good and clean though.... It's a bulker where I'd have to have a cheat day.

Thanks for the reply ecto. I went the extra step and followed LeanMeOut's formulas and calculated my maintenance to be right around 2600 cal/day. Of course I do a job where I'm on my feet half the day, I'm in the gym 4 days a week and whatnot so I guess that accounts for the excess calories. My trouble with bulking has always been feeling sooooo full all the time. If got my mind set on this tho and I beleive that I can do it for 8 weeks. And beleive me....there will be a cheat meal or two per week.
