I was wonding if i could get some feedback on what you gys think of this diet? I'm really looking to just get cut. i'm doing 20-30min of cardio 3x a week.

Meal 1
6 Eggs
Multigrain/Wheat Toast (1 Piece)
Juice (1 Cup)
Milk (1 Cup)

Meal 2
Protein Shake (2 scoops w/ skim milk)
Or
Protein Bar
8oz Water

Meal 3
8oz Chicken Breast
Steamed Veggies (1 Cup) or 1 Yogurt
Protein Shake (3 scoops w/ water)
Glutamine Drink

Meal 4 (post workout)
Protein Shake (3 scoops w/ skim milk)
8oz Water

Meal 5 (solid dinner or…)
8oz Chicken/ Steak/ Fish
3 Egg Whites
2 Sticks of Celery & PB
8oz Water

Meal 6 (Optional)
Protein Shake (1scoop w/ water)
Tuna (1 can)
 
I'm not a pro or anything and this comment really isn't about the foods in your diet, but man...you need to drink more water...tell me you're drinking more throughout the day in addition to what you're drinking with your meals (only 24oz?!)...???

and cutting?

anyways, try that out for a week then every week start dropping the milk and adding some protein...its not perfect but if you think you can do it, do it
 
oh, and you shoudl try and get some efa's (flax seed oil, olive oil, fish oils, some walnuts have good fats)
