Hello,
Some quick stats at the moment age 32 been a gym rat for well over 12 years.
6'1 207 pounds and 14.6% clapiers at my gym and doctors office.
Looking to do a TEST E cycle later in the year.
As of right now from the various BMR formulas I have used and BMR calculators found online my BMR stand to be 1800-1943 calories a day.
With regards to my TDEE from my own calculations and various web calculators it is to be 3190 to 3400 calories a day.
Now for the goal of say pure bulking and simply adding on as much mass as possible would my daily caloric minimum be is there a specific number over TDEE I should aim for say 600-700 etc. Is there amount of protein I should aim for each day 300-400 etc? Or minimum amount of protein to be consumed each day.
Now if I wanted to simply add as much LBM as possible with this cycle while minimizing fat gain to my best abilty with training my ass of in the gym and dieting as strictly as possible what should my TDDE goal be as well as my protein consumption. Is this a realistic goal or would I be doing a disservice by not doing my best to absolutely fuel my body with as much nutrients as possible during this cycle.
My current pre-plan as of right now was to aim for 3800- 4000 calories and at least 320g-350g protein
My goal of course is to add as much LBM as I can,
Please critique ,advice, help anyway you can, this is for a cycle I plan on doing 2-3 months from now while further getting as much feedback as I can.
