Diet Ok?

What’s up fellas . Well let me give my stats.
5’8
218 pounds
BF% 20
Been eating very clean in my opinion since early Jan. of this year . Just want to make sure we can go over my eating habits and see if there up to pair. All opinions are welcome. Goals are obviously to loss fat ,keep and gain muscle .Wake up Mon-Fri 5am 10 mins cardio lift heavy for 30 min then finish off 10 min Cardio. Done at 6 am . Starting weight in Jan was 220 pounds, but I’ve dropped 4-5 inches off waist. weight is always steady at 215-220 .

Diet.
Morning 6:30
4 whole eggs half a cup of low fat cottage cheese. 2 cups black coffe

9:30
8-10 oz chicken breast and green veggies (Yellow Squish ,Zucchini ,Red ,green bell peppers)

12:30
8-10 oz chicken breast and green veggies (Yellow Squish ,Zucchini ,Red ,green bell peppers)

3:30
8-10 oz chicken breast and green veggies (Yellow Squish ,Zucchini ,Red ,green bell peppers)

6:30
Either same as Breakfasts or extra lean Ground beef 96/4% with veggies –.

I alternate meats daily chicken Monday, lean beef all day tues Tuna wed , you get the idea and always with veggies stated above.
Carbs I get are all from Veggies. If I add oatmeal or whole wheat/grain bread I blow up like I’m on my wife’s period.
