Hey Guys Was wondering if u could help me out with this diet and tell me what u think of it or what changes can or should i make to it.

Im Thinking about running a Test 500/mg a week and Eq 400mg a week at week 7 also add winny(inj) at 100mg eod starting at week 2 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500 a week and then nolva after cycle. Since i dont have a lot of time during the day to eat my current diet looks like this :

Morning : Protein Shake 50grams and Breakfast Square By Apex

In Between : Protein Bar

Lunch :EOD Grilled Chicked with Let/tom Light mayo on Wheat Bread
EOD Turkey/Ham Let/Tom Light Mayo on Wheat Bread

In Between : Protein Bar

After Workout : Protein Bar

Dinner : Grilled Chicken or Grilled Steak
Sometimes have to eat pasta with fish/steak

Right Before bead: protein shake

drink a gallon or 1.5 gallon max a day.
what do u guys think. any opinion and coments would be apreciated.

Not enough whole foods----Shakes and Bars don't cut it.

I'm guessing you work from like 8 to 5 and get a couple 15 min breaks?? If so you have plenty of time.
