Well first off let me start by saying, Hi. This is my first time to the forum, and you guys seem really cool, and into helping people, even first timers.
I am new to steroids, doing them for my first time. I have been hitting the waits for about 2 years now. I gained about 15 pounds naturaly in one year, which is why I have decided to do the rest with test, to get with my desired wait.
I am 31 years of age, 6"0' and 155 pounds, desired weight is 185 to 200 pounds.
I have been doing some reading on here and it seems like Test is the choice for first timers, which is what I plan to use.
I have also read that using 500 mg, first 4 weeks then drop down to 250 mg's the last 4 weeks.
My diet looks like this: 3500 calories, 250 grams of protein, 800 grams of carbs daily.
Keep in mind my goal is to reach between 185 to 200, 200 being the better number, haha.
Was hopeing that some of you that have already been down this road will take a look at this and some give advice to rather it is good or bad or if I am on the right track.
Also noticed there are several things on here that others use for there non cycle 2 week depression. I plan on using 6-OXO, so feel free to let me know what you pro's use to keep your gains, thank guy & I hope we get along.
