I usually drink 2 gallons of water per day when Im cycling.. makes me fill 10x better the next day and makes me a ton more strong and it seems the strength gain is there alot faster.. maybe its just me imagining things but water is the best thing you can drink by far.. and plus diet cola taste like water.. it has no taste at all.. I wouldnt drink diet cola as my normal drink but like estray said drink it if your still thirsty after you drink all the water.. you will notice amazing results in weight loss if you only drink water everyday within just a couple months..
aspartame causees althiemers, so does alluminum. I dont touch anything with aspartame, i dont use antipersperent because of alluminum and i try to use a straw when i can when i drink out of a can
Also I drink diet soda and crystal light mostly. I really doubt those artificial sweeteners are gonna cause you any long term trouble compared to many other things you encounter everyday.
I use diet shasta to mix with my whiskey. You have to make sure it is diet or it's just going to be too sweet. Plus, the 2 liter usually costs me only about 75 cents.
