27 Age - 205 weight - 5'11
I am not sure of my body fat but am sure it is high.

Taking Vitamin C 500 mg, One a Day Multi, 50 mg Zinc Every other day & Creatine Fuel Stack

Muscle Milk protein shake 9am
220 Calories

Subway Sandwich (Turkey) 1pm
Sandwich
Turkey, Lettuce, Black olives, banana peppers, pickles, Mustard, wheat bread
450 Calories

Baked Chips
140 Calories

Diet Coke

Beef Jerky 4pm
90 Calories

6:30 pm Gym

Work out for about 45min
( lifting as heavy weights that I can around 6 reps 4 sets)

15 to 20min on Treadmill

Chipotle 7:45pm

Chipotle Salad
Cilantro-Lime Rice 130 Calories
Black Beans 120 Calories
Steak 190 Calories
Tomato Salsa 20 Calories
Green Tomatillo Salsa 15 Calories

Still very hungry at night should I eat more?

I go to the gym 4 days a week Mon - Thur I been Going for 4 weeks and I can see that I am build more muscle mass but am not losing any weight.

What can I do?

Sorry but your diet is shit. Get your BMR/TDEE from this thread. Take a look at his sample meals, then come back here and post up your info.

You should be eating 6 or 7 times a day. We'll get you going or post up a sample diet in 3J's sticky. You may not want to read all 20 or 30 pages of his sticky but it's worth reading. You'll understand the basics of a proper diet and will even be capable of building your own diet plan if you take the time to read it.
