diet question

hey guys i just wanted to know if its ok to use fat free milk when making it with oatmeal or should i use water? also, how do you make your brown rice, i just make mine plain. thanks
 
I usually make my oatmeal w/ water and then pour some milk in it if I feel like it. I'm afraid the milk'll stick to the pot somehow?? I'm not sure, but I've always made it w/ water then added milk. For the brown rice you can add some yams to it. Put cut up pieces of yams in the brown rice and cook it in the rice cooker. It's actually really good.
 
yeah the milk kinda does stick to the pan, i'll probably start using water though. yeah i need to get a rice maker it'll be way easier to make. let me give you a little sample of how i'm eating

meal 1: 1 piece chicken breast, 1 cut oat meal

meal 2: protein shake, 1 piece whole weat bread with pb spread on top

meal 3: chicken breast, veggies

workout

meal 4: pwo

meal 5: chicken breast, brown rice

anyone have any suggestions on what other to eat besides chicken brest, maybe some tuna or something, cause i'm kinda on a budget i just lost my job but when i find one, i'll be eating more and better.
