Diet to go from 13% to 8%

Lately I've been feeling the effects of the holidays. Always been skinny, never had to diet, but now that I'm past 30, the fat just seems to keep on adding! I'm 5'8, 189, probably 13% bodyfat. Used to be a 28 inch waist, now a 33. would like to lose a few inches. Can anyone help with a sample diet plan. Only complication is a few things I can't eat: Dairy, Eggs, and Soy. There are a couple others, but I don't think they're that important. Time frame is maybe 2 months? Is that reasonable? If someone can help with a good diet, I'll post before & after pics, and give credit to you!

Thanks,

TP

bro if you want to keep it simple try :

stop all bread intake and rice!

could you post a sample day of what, when and how much you would eat for us. just to get an idea of what needs to be adjusted. are you currently doing any cardio?

Who does Cardio, cardio is for women, jk....i just hate it, I'll lift a weight rather then lift a foot anyday

Starting an exercise program would be a good first step. Reduce your carbohydrate intake by removing all pasta, breads, rice, potatoes ect...from your diet. Increase your protein consumption to 1 gram per lb of body weight and eat every 2-3 hrs.
