diet while on primo

6am - oatmeal w/flax and 1 scoop of protein mixed in

9am-protein shake- 2 scoops of muscle milk

12-whole wheat bread w/natural peanut butter. Protein shake

3pm-fruit or veg mix

5pm-protein and carb combo.chicken breast etc.pre-workout shake

6pm-workout

8.30pm-post workout shake
lean meat or chicken & rice/pasta or other carb

I try to drink 2 litres of water a day.take meage men multivitamin.

any advice is appreciated!
 
6 am 9 am 12 am are very poor,.

at noon take complete meal. eat more and eat one more time with protein at 10 pm.

i like your pre-workout, a little bite to rich.
 
too many shakes for my liking... I generally only take in 2 a day, one as soon as a wake up and one post workout

what are your goals while on this primo cycle??
 
any suggestions to bolster 9am to 12?

i work 7am to 6pm.dont get a lot of time to eat apart from 30mins for lunch at 12, thats why I have so many shakes in there.

I am trying to add quality muscle and be a solid 210 and loose excess around the ab area.I have been training 12 years.
