i am looking to gain mass but not too raise my body fat much, i know this is hard but was going to incorprate one cardio a week to try and maintain these levels.

i am 6,1 220lbs and fairly lean

could anyone please offer any advice on my diet:

meal one: one cup egg whites, two yokes, 80g oats
meal 2,3,4 : 12oz uncooked chicken, 4oz rice or pasta.

meal 5: 12oz beef mince, 4 oz rice

meal 6: meal replacement before bed
