Dieting Help

I'd just like some advice on a proper dieting/meal plan.

Currently:
Slow Metabolism
Height: 6'1
Weight: 235lbs/240lbs
Body type: Bulky with a bit of a beer belly

Goals:
Speed up metabolism
Shed roughly 30lbs
2-Month Duration
Get lean, cut & toned
Maintain the weight

I don't want your criticism , so don't post if you're going to criticize my goals. I don't expect it to just happen, I'm determined and I don't expect it to happen overnight. Other than that, gimme a shout!

I've been stuck with a bulky look my whole life and I'm desperate to lose REAL fat, with REAL food.. Help?:dunno:
 
SO high protein diet increase water intake. train 5 days a week lower weights high reps and lots of cardio. Drop into the diet forum. you can do this pretty easily in 30 days.
