Different size muscles?

My right lat is bigger than left
Left pec is bigger than right
Right biceps is bigger than left
Right quad is bigger than left
Left trap is bigger than right

Don't let it affect your day to day life, its your genetics, your stuck with it. Grab some synrhol if it bothers you that much

Not sure what exactly your back surgery was the result if , but was the muscle atrophy due to nerve damage ? I had neck surgery in jan 2012 ( fusion levels 5,6 and 7 ) I
Had herniated discs which caused nerve damage to the nerves that feed my upper right pec and outer tricep .. I was told by surgeons and physical therapists that the nerves regenerate at around 1 1/2 inch a year, and eventually the muscles will catch up in time

good to hear!!!! I had two surgeries in 5 days. The first was for a herniated disc, and the second one was for a lumbar fusion, L5 and S1. It was pre-existing from my 16 month tour in iraq anf inally gave out the end of October last year!!! It sucked, but am starting to put weight back on and get some definition again. Its crazy how you can loose a years worth of working out in just a couple months of laying around recovering!!!

I felt the same way after my surgery, I lost 29+ lbs. but once u recover and start out slow, it comes back fast..

Yeah it does!!! I am in the best shape i have ever been in. Can something so tramatic reset your natural test? I feel like mine is way up....I have had awesome gains to. And i am not on a cycle right now!

I feel the same way bro. Im 3 weeks into my post cycle therapy (pct) and have only lost 2 pounds.

I ran sustanon 250 and D-bol. Simple cycle, but great results. right now i am on nothing just throwing around the good old weights. Getting ready for a Test and Anavar (var) cycle though.
