Dilemma

Currently running a cycle of D-Bol 30mg ED W1-4, Tst 500mg EW W1-10, EQ 400mg EW W1-10. IM in week 5 and have been off the dbol for a week and my nips got a little of a sore feeling. Now my question I am currntly running l-dex @.5mg ED now do I up the dose or begin to add in the Nolvadex?
