Dillema

If size and strenght is what you are looking for, why don;t youjust take a look at Needsize's 5x5 routine? It has been working pretty good for me!
 
I would if I could understand the jargon :(

EDIT: I think I am beggining to get it.

For example lets say you want a 5x5 bicep routine so you do 5 sets of bicep curls with NOT your max but something lower for 5 reps per set.

Then, you work something heavy for 2 sets each for 8 or 10 reps per set????
