Dips?

And if your dip bar has this: make the handle bars out more to hit the chest more and put them in to hit the triceps more. :)
 
I see dips being effective--for me--only after blasting my triceps. Otherwise I'd have to use a lot of weight and I'll feel most of it in my shoulders cause the tri's are too fresh and strong.

That would be a good way to preexhaust the triceps but then the tris would fail first leaving the chest underworked. To hit the chest I would suggest making sure you have done no tricep exercises at all first. Add as much weight as needed to make it hard.
 
I use a little more than shoulder width when doing dips. I do it as a chest and tris excercise. It's and excellent tris excercise too.
