with DNp you can seriously eat whatever the hell you want (assuming youre not a complete retard about it) and still lose, without excersize, but it wont be optimal.
But if you have to ask this question you obviously havent done your research, and i wouldnt recommend using it. Heres something to start your research off:

yea no doubt...its just that DNP can kill you...so you definatly need to have a 100% complete understanding of it if youre going to use it...even more so than any supplement or steroid out there. Just making sure its not like "what is DNP? its the best fat burner in the world? Awesome, what should my diet look like".
All DNP does is create a caloric defecit just like regular calorie restriction. In other words, I would just eat a maintenance amount of calories and let DNP do the rest.
