Hi guys, I did my second cycle.. Test Prop 100mg EOD, Anavar 50mg ED for 6 weeks..
As PCT I did Nolvadex and Exemestane (fool).. and it lowered my estrogen too much.. so I had NO libido, my joints hurt, no water retention..
after a few weeks I did my bloodwork.. TST, estrogen, prolactin - all normal levels..
BUT now I has been 6 months and I still have very LOW libido.. what should I do??
I tried Proviron, Tribulus, Maca and other herbs.. Maca helped a little..
I tought it was psychological and I used L-dopa to increase dopamin.. still low libido..

My balls are normal size.. BUT.. Should I use 250iu of HCG E3D for 2 weeks to sensitise my Leydig cells and than do Clomid?? I have NO girlfriend because of this problem.. it is 6 months.. :-(

Prolactin 8,73 ng/ml.. (reference: 2,8 - 11,0 ng/ml)
TST 30,15 nmol/l.. (reference: 5,76 - 30,43 nmol/l)
estradiol 46,00 pg/ml.. (reference: 11,00 - 44,00 pg/ml)
hTSH 3,182 mIU/l.. (reference: 0,350 - 4,940 mIU/l)

I had LH and FSH high, because I tried to use Clomid those days..

I had higher E2, but I has been 5 months since this bloodwork.. so it had to get lower naturally I think..
I am very affraid, because it is long time, and whatever was lower/higher should repair naturally..
I think my Leydig cells don´t respond to LH, but I have got TST ok, and I hold quite a lot of muscles.. strange.. :-(

You need to take a blood test while not taking anything to see what your true values are. If LH is low but clomid is increasing it, how are you to know what your true levels are?

my LH was 17,67 IU/l.. (reference: 0,57 - 12,07 IU/l) !!!
and I was using just 50mg Clomid for a few days..
if I had low LH, I would have also low TST.. and now I am not loosing muscle, my TST is probably OK.. that´s why it is strange for me..
I am just 24 yrs old, and it was quite light AAS cycle.. I screwed my PCT..

Clomid affects testosterone levels as well. My point is you have no idea what your baseline levels are bc you didn't take the test "at baseline". You introduced an exogenous compound that likely affected your results.

Dre Day good point on the clomid and Baseline levels....
let's say it was 0.25 mg of ADEX E3D (instead of the clomid)...while he was clean and ONLY that...
would it show an increase in Total T, LH, FSH? (above his baseline levels)

Discussion

This study demonstrates that aromatase inhibition is an effective means of increasing testosterone production in elderly men with low or borderline low serum testosterone levels. Specifically, in this study we have shown that anastrozole, even at low doses, increases serum LH and testosterone levels robustly while decreasing serum estrogen levels in a more modest fashion.

Anastrozole***8217;s effect on androgen production is likely directly mediated by the reduction in estrogen production. By reducing estradiol synthesis (and hence estradiol***8217;s negative feedback on the pituitary and hypothalamus) (30, 31, 32, 33), anastrozole appears to stimulate pituitary LH secretion sufficiently to increase endogenous testosterone production to the mid-normal range for young healthy men. Furthermore, this increase in gonadotropin secretion is also likely responsible for limiting the reduction in estrogen levels and maintaining normal (albeit reduced) estradiol levels in treated subjects. In support of this hypothesis, it has previously been shown that GnRH-analog-blocked, but testosterone-replaced, men have much lower serum estradiol levels when given similar doses of anastrozole (42). Thus, the feedback loop of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis effectively limits the potency of anastrozole to decrease estradiol production to a degree that may be more physiologically significant.

Yes it's very possible that it would.

Adex is Aromatase inhibitor (AI), Clomid is SERM..
and yes, Clomid increases LH and indirectly TST, that everybody knows!!! so I used Clomid to increase LH and TST.. BUT problem is, that I didn´t have libido, although I had these levels of hormones artifically increased.. the problem is, I don´t know why..

I know, aromatase inhibitosr can increase TST production because of reduction of estrogens. That´s why I used Exemestane (AI) post cycle to reduce estrogen and increase TST.. BUT if you suppress your estrogen levels too much, you will have problems with libido, joints, smooth muscle and so on.. and that´s what happened to me!!
my joints are OK now, I have normal water retention - my estrogen levels are in normal range now..
but my libido didn´t came back..

Libido is controlled by many factors brother, not just testosterone or estradiol. Your E2 looks slightly high and above range but is it bc you increased test via clomid or is that it naturally too? Your prolactin is close to the upper reference range and prolactin can seriously affect libido and erections. Is it higher bc of the estrogenic activity possibly or naturally there? LH and test look good but without the clomid what are they really? You see where I'm trying to go with this? You seem to be attempting to try and treat the symptoms not the issue. I say this bc of your last sentence: "BUT problem is, that I didn´t have libido, although I had these levels of hormones artifically increased.. the problem is, I don´t know why". It's obviously better treating the root cause than the symptoms, that's the only reason I'm pointing that out.

Also the hTSH value you listed in your original post. Is that TSH for thyroid? If so you're in the sub-clinical hypothyroidic range if using AACE's new guidelines.

Also dopamin, DHT, SHBG, freeTST, even cortisol can affect libido.. That´s why I tried L-dopa to increase dopamin.. and Proviron to reduce SHBG..
In our country it is very expensive to do your bloodwork.. Insurance agency pays it for you only in some cases.. That´s why I have just these results.. I tried to cure symptoms because I didn´t know the root case..
My doctor told me, that after a while I will be OK and recommended me not to take anything.
My LH and FSH were high because of Clomid, but that is also sign that my ball don´t work properly..
Balls are normal in size but they don´t hang whole day.. they are higher like during AAS cycle..
2 months I had NO morning erection, now after 6 months I usually have morning erections but still low libido during the day..
