I go to bed at 10:30 pm and wake up at 10:00 am. With so many napping hours do i really need some snack in between? NO i dont feel hungry in the morning. It would be nice to know how much weight i'm loosing at night but that's not my question.
well it depends on what you feel is more important. Full rest and recuperation or squuezing a few extra calories in. Wont have to is NOT for the lazy. Its for the people who understand the importance of sleep.
