Basically during any movement. . Are u finding better results by squeezing at the top/"finish" of the exercise or flexing the whole time?

depends on what exercise I'm doing. for the most part I really concentrate on getting a good squeeze at contraction and just really feeling the stretch when in the negative portion of the movement. I tried the whole flexing tricep thing and I honestly didn't really like it. It took my concentration off of the muscle that I was targeting.

Contraction..
For example.. if you lock out your elbow and then flex your triceps as hard as you can, it feels extreme tight. But when I try and tense my triceps while straightening my arm, I feel nowhere near the same squeeze.. but that's just me.
And when you add a couple 100 pounds it gets kind of difficult to focus on flexing rather than moving the weight.
