do you gain fat/muscle with low estrogen level?

hey guys

if I crush my estrogen on cycle and i eat 1000 calorie surplus per day, what will happen to those calories? do they turn into fat/muscle/weight or they'll just get disappeared? :confused:
 
If you Crush your Estrogen while in a Caloric Surplus.

You will most likely be Adding Fat, and here is why.

1st ~ you need Estrogen Levels to be in-line with your age, to build Muscle Efficiently.
2nd ~ having Too Little Estrogen will Hurt your Joints, causing Pain, thereby making it Difficult to Workout Effectively.

So Now if you can't use those Surplus Calories, there's only 1 thing that will happen.
Your Body will Store them as Fat, cause that's what the Body does with Surplus Calories when Not in use..................... JP

from all the repprts I've read low E is a painful, achy, emotiona/mental hell with low, possibly no erections. Crashing my E doesn't sound like something I want to do.

It has other side effects like effecting bones and other stuff as well.

whether your estrogen is low or not if you eat 1000 calories above your tdee you'll gain weight..

a certain amount of estrogen is necessary for the male biological process and having very low estrogen is bad for you.

in retrospect, if youre not on cycle and you crush your estrogen your testosterone will rise to try and balance it out. This is the biological mainframe that drugs like nolva and clomid are built on.

they effect the hpta which is pretty much the god center of your main hormones. its a negative feedback loop of checks and balances.

having said that, never crush your estrogen. besides whats already been said about joint issues, bone degeneration, and other side effects, your dick aint gonna work either! lol

so i'll gain weight even with low/zero estrogen . but most of the weight i gain will be fat , because i need some estrogen to build muscle, right?

If you are currently On-Cycle, then do Bloodwork to see where your Estrogen is at.

Then you'll know for certain, if it's Too Low, or Too High, or Just Right.
This is something that you Don't Want to Guess at.

Beyond Building Muscle, having Estrogen Levels in-line with your age.
Can help you to avoid a Whole Plethora of Problems.

For all Hormone Levels, get the Female Hormone Panel (put male in the box).
This is good as long as you aren't running Trenbolone.
If so, you need the LC/MS Version or Sensitive Estradiol, as Trenbolone will Skew the ECLIA method.
 
You would likely be more dry......holding less water. This can be good but crashing estrogen is bad. Mine got too low once and I hated the world and everything in it. Major depression. Definitely try not to crash it. Too many negative health issues, as the bros listed above.
With that said I think yes.....even with low E you will gain weight in a surplus. If the surplus is all clean cals and workouts are on point then most will likely be muscle. Some generics play in at this point. Some of us tolerate low e better than others. One guy gets a little tired, one guy can barely move from the joint pain (not holding enough water), while another guy wants to jump off a bridge and end it all.

Not something to experiment with. Not sure why you would.

estrogen plays its part in hypertrophy... yes

but to say that youll purly gain fat, no...

so op didnt like the sound and wise advice given and never came back. so all said and done, NO, it is not good to crush your E2 levels at all.
 
As anecdotal experience : when on surplus with normal high E, I tend to gain fat on E -related areas like breast, legs,etc . On surplus with somewhat lower end of normal(not below) I tend to gain less fat(at least SC fat, so I might gain visceral fat but I'm not able to measure that). So for me, keeping E level lowish(but not too log as it fucks up my EQ/libido) is preferable when trying to gain weight(with the goal of adding more muscle and less fat).

Both ^^^^ are right on the mark. I have CRASHED my E2 twice.... Yep twice :( some years ago when I knew less or say didn't know much in regard to the use of Ai's I over loaded my Adex.

Shit I tell you it can ruin a cycle. Everything mentioned ^^^ and much more can have drastic emotional and physical pains along with NO Energy to train.

It makes sense that while you feel shitty and can't train optemaly then there will be no synergistic activity to build the muscles. Hence as said , a calorie overload and no energy expelled equals fat.

As another anecdotal experience... The more I push diet and the lower bodyfat I get, the easier it is to put it back on lol...
