*****Do you LOSE much gains between last inject and post cycle therapy (pct)*****

Im getting near to the end of my first cycle of Test E. After last inject i wait 2 weeks and then start post cycle therapy (pct). My goal, as with practically everyone, is to keep as much gains as possible. I will be taking clomid/nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) as well as IGF-1 LR-3 to help try to maintain gains and shed some bf if possible. However, i won't start the IGF until my post cycle therapy (pct), which is 4 weeks long. that being said, what can i expect during the 2 weeks after cycle before post cycle therapy (pct)? Is the Test ester still in my system? or would i start to lose weight/gains? (even w solid diet/training)

I'm in post cycle therapy (pct) right now and am making personal bests on a lot of my lift, so take that for what its worth. I also have a good diet thanks to 3J.

If you keep your calories high, rest enough, intensity high(a little less volume though), and with IFG you shouldn't you lose much.. you might even gain a pound or two.

You should be fine. During those two weeks you still have plenty of test in you thats why you stop injecting so they can clear. After two weeks they have cleared just enough to start post cycle therapy (pct). I would stay off the scale and focus on maintaining high cals and training hard.
